NOW With the bible in your hand, declare out loud with full meaning from your heart....
"I bind all demons in me and around me in the name of Jesus Christ. I bind you with the blood of Jesus Christ who died on the cross. You are no longer permitted to dwell in me as I am rebuking you now! You must leave! I declare you to be cast out into dry and arrid place and no longer you will return to me. Away! I declare in the name of Jesus Christ AWAY all demons! I cast you out with the power given to me by Jesus Christ!"
Step two:
Get salt and put a small amount in your hand. (You are going to set up a spiritual barrier around your home)
Hold up the salt in your hand and say out loud:
"Father, bless this salt with the blood of Jesus Christ in the name of the father, son and holy ghost"
Walk to the four corners of your home and repeat this prayer while throwing a dash of salt in each corner:
"I bind all evil, all demons and evil celestial beings in the name of Jesus Christ, depart from this home. You may not pass this barrier no longer by authority of the Most High"
When you get to the last corner, the spirits and demons will be cornered. You have cornered them. Picture them there staring and hissing at you because that is what they are doing. Then, with full anger and authority say this final prayer....
"I bind you all evil entities with the blood of Jesus Christ and cast you out of this home. You may no longer dwell here! Be gone!!!"
Now, you need to throw out all sinful items in your home or they will just return even more angry than before. (Pornographic material, drugs, alcohol (if this is your affliction) heavy metal items, pictures os satanic images)
After you have done this, you will be tired. Rest for a while. You should feel the difference right way. Please tell us about your experience.

Being a former Wiccan I can tell you the salt ceremony is linked to Luciferic rituals. Salt is not efficacious, but the Blood of Jesus is! Don't depend on rituals to drive out the devil. Jesus drove them out with a word, and they obeyed Him. Some come out only by prayer and fasting. Forsaking sin is one quick and sure way to shut the door on the devil. Cleansing the home of items that are defiled and determining that you and your house will serve the Lord - that is another great way. There is no quick fix, but we can pray the prayer of faith and resist the devil, and he will flee from us.
Some have stated that using salt is not Biblical,but I believe Elisha (I'll have to double-check)

I think demons and witches are best left for Jesus to deal with.

There is healing for depression and many mental illnesses. Mental illnesses and depression are not gifts from God. Depression and most mental illnesses are caused by demonic spirits. Demons do not have to be inside a person to cause them to have problems. God wants us to have a sound mind and His joy through Jesus Christ, not confusion, double-mindedness and depression.
